  • Introduction Course - this Course covers the Preface, Introduction, Chapter One, and Chapter Two with option to upgrade to the Complete Course after Chapter Two

  • Complete Eighteen Chapter Course - this Course includes all 18 Chapters as participants study one chapter per week
